Our approach

Projects & Design

We design the conditions for experiences that have a lasting influence on perception, emotions and decisions.

Our approach combines design, applied neuroscience, immersive technology and an understanding of human behaviour to create experiences with a measurable impact on perception, engagement and recall.

Let’s talk about your project

Why create an immersive experience?

Visitors forget most of the spaces they pass through.

They remember the emotions they felt there.

Our role is to create the conditions that make those emotions possible.

99.7%A very large share of our decisions takes place without immediate conscious awareness.1
11 secondsMany simple decisions can be predicted up to 11 seconds before we become consciously aware of them.2
INTERACTInteraction turns visitors into participants… and information into memories.

Neuro Insight #01The brain does not just remember places.…It remembers how they made us feel!
Our approach

How do we create these conditions?

Understand

Understand visitors, clarify expectations and identify behaviours.

We analyse your audiences’ behaviours, habits and expectations.

Design

Imagine the experience, build the journey and create meaning.

We design narratives and experiences that give spaces meaning.

Integrate

Choose technologies, install, test and deploy reliably.

We select the right technologies and coordinate their implementation.

Optimise

Observe, measure, improve interactions and develop content.

We refine content and installations based on how people actually use them.

Technology evolves quickly. Human behaviour changes much more slowly. That is why we design for the brain first, and for technology second.
Our beliefTechnology does not create emotion.…It creates the conditions that allow emotion to emerge!
Make it memorable

A place does not need to be more spectacular.
It needs to be more memorable.

Where do we apply this approach?

Where experience shapes perception.

Retail

Turn the shopping journey into an engaging, distinctive experience.

Hospitality

Create places people talk about and connect with emotionally.

Healthcare

Reduce stress, improve the journey and encourage engagement.

Museums

Tell a story and make the visit more participatory.

Corporate

Bring a brand, expertise or innovation to life.

Events

Create an immediate impact people can remember and share.

Technologies

Technology in the service of experience

Technology is never an end in itself.
It serves the experience.

Why do our projects work?

Attract

The brain naturally detects movement, light and contrast.

Engage

Interaction makes visitors active participants in the experience.

Remember

An emotion we experience leaves a more lasting impression than information alone.

Selected projects

Retail

Feeling good makes choosing easier

Interactive, immersive installations help people learn and compare in a visual, simple and intuitive way.
OutcomeWe remove the difficulty and frustration of choosing from a large catalogue. Stronger brand engagement and increased category sales.
Hospitality

Welcome and immerse

Projection mapping lamps create immersive worlds that emotionally connect diners with the restaurant’s identity.
OutcomeThe senses work together in harmony to create a shared emotional experience that builds loyalty.
Corporate / Showroom

Make it simple. Make it resonate.

A showroom designed to make abstract or technical subjects simple and understandable.
OutcomeReduced apprehension and messages tailored to visiting audiences, helping them connect with the ideas presented.
Interaction & projection mapping

Engagement through emotion

Turn tables, floors and walls into living interfaces that attract, inform and engage.
OutcomeAn active experience that encourages attention and recall.
Healthcare

Ease anxiety

In healthcare, patients’ stress and apprehension can create barriers and make medical visits even more difficult, especially for children.
OutcomeInteractive projections challenge those negative associations with a calming atmosphere: significantly less stress and anxiety, with children even asking to return to the dentist.
Interaction & projection mapping

Surprise people to build understanding

A giant projection mapping lamp displays interactive content that responds to movement in three-dimensional space.
OutcomeComplex information becomes easy for non-specialists to understand.

The value we create

What we really bring

For organisations

  • Build a distinctive identity.
  • Strengthen engagement.
  • Unlock the value of spaces.
  • Create experiences that leave a lasting impression.

For visitors

  • Understand.
  • Interact.
  • Feel.
  • Remember.

We do more than design immersive installations. We create the conditions that have a lasting influence on perception, emotions and decisions.

InsightPeople do not simply buy products.…Above all, they buy the emotions they associate with them!
Your next project

What if your next project became a memorable experience?

A place to transform. An experience to make memorable. An impact to make lasting.

Our approach

Retail

Attention and working memory have limited capacity. Presenting more products or arguments does not always make decisions easier: choice overload can sometimes discourage a purchase. The framing effect also plays a role: the way information is presented can change how it is judged.

A common mistake: confusing more information with better decision support. Piling on screens, promotions and product features can complicate the journey. We use storytelling to explain product value, immersion to put products in context, and interaction to compare options around visitors’ needs. The brand’s message becomes an understandable, personally relevant experience that helps people imagine possibilities and engage.

Our approach

Hospitality

The brain combines information from several senses to interpret an experience. Multisensory congruence — when images and sounds tell a coherent story — can support recall. The aim is to give the different stimuli a shared meaning.

A common mistake: adding effects without creating a coherent atmosphere. Music, projections and décor can each be appealing yet blur a venue’s identity when brought together. We orchestrate light, sound, projection mapping and narrative around the venue’s character. Carefully chosen interactions extend the story and invite visitors to take part, strengthening the sense of place and the desire to return.

Our approach

Healthcare

A visit to the dentist or hospital often starts with apprehension. Stress can occupy cognitive resources and make information harder to process: the environment in which patients wait and move deserves particular attention.

A common mistake: treating the environment as mere decoration, when the patient experience starts long before treatment. An impersonal waiting room, an unclear route or too much stimulation can add discomfort to an already stressful visit. Our priority is to design spaces that help patients feel calmer from the moment they arrive.

Immersive projections, carefully chosen soundscapes, narrative worlds and playful interactions offer pleasant, accessible points of focus. A child might explore a floor that responds to their steps; an adult might enjoy a gentle visual atmosphere while waiting. We adapt intensity and pace to each setting, encouraging curiosity without overstimulation. The aim is a calmer visit that makes the organisation’s commitment to patient wellbeing tangible.

Museums

Memory also depends on how information is processed. Thegeneration effect shows that producing an answer yourself can improve recall compared with simply reading it. This encourages us to design interactions that prompt thought, rather than just surfaces to touch.

A common mistake: confusing interaction with cognitive activity. Pressing a button to start a video does not guarantee understanding or recall. We build immersive narratives in which visitors can propose a hypothesis, compare, reconstruct or experiment. Storytelling connects discoveries, while interactive tools give each action a purpose. Visitors help construct cultural or scientific knowledge and make it their own.

Our approach

Corporate

The curse of knowledge is a bias that makes it hard for experts to take the perspective of someone who lacks their knowledge. What seems obvious to a company can remain abstract to its customers, employees or partners.

A common mistake: organising the message around what the company knows rather than what its audience needs to understand. Jargon, complex diagrams and too much evidence can obscure the central idea. We start with visitors’ questions to build a narrative progression. Immersion makes the issues visible; interaction lets visitors test a scenario and observe its consequences. Our clients’ vision and expertise become tangible, supporting engagement through understanding.

Our approach

Events

Our memory of an experience does not faithfully reproduce every moment. The peak-end rule describes the sometimes disproportionate influence of the most emotionally intense moment and the ending on retrospective evaluation. It encourages us to pay attention to how an experience develops and ends, not just how it begins.

A common mistake: investing everything in a spectacular effect without connecting it to the message people should remember. Participants may remember the activity but forget what it was meant to convey. We connect storytelling, immersion and participation around a central idea, with moments of discovery, action and reflection. The memorable moment carries the client’s message, and the end of the journey helps participants retain the essentials, extending engagement and conversation beyond the event.
